Postage and Insurance:  Orders are generally shipped by Fast way, Star track, TNT or Australia Post using their most economical and efficient service. Unless specifically requested and paid for at the time of purchase “INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED” and the customer accepts responsibility for any potential loss or damage during delivery. Insurance cover is available for an additional charge $3.50 per $100.00 invoice value. If you request insurance for your order the additional insurance charge will be clearly shown on your Tax Invoice.  Product & Warranty: Please Note: We do not offer refunds on any products after 30 days of purchase.  We do however offer a 12 month warranty on all goods sold and we reserve the right to either replace or repair such items.   Any product returned for warranty cannot be marked or written on, damaged or defaced in any way. Warranty is for manufacturer defects only. It does not cover physical damage, water or battery leakage or the use of external batteries or non approved power sources. Please contact our office to lodge your warranty claim prior to returning any goods.  Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number.  Cancelled orders/ returned Goods:  Trail Cameras Australia do offer a return policy.  However it is the customer’s responsibility to choose carefully the product which best suits their application or intended purpose. We do not offer a refund just because you have simply changed your mind. Please view the products specifications listed on our website before purchasing. If you require more information regarding a product give us a call on the number listed below as we are here to help you.  Our return policy is simple, all goods are required to be returned in “as sent condition”, meaning unmarked and undamaged within 14 days of the purchase. Once the goods have been received we will then process your refund less  a 15% service, cleaning and restocking fee.  Please contact our office prior to returning any products.
